Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to keep the facility safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and staff. You will handle day-to-day maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and general repairs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.).
• Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properly.
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulations.
• Assist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as needed.

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will support the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
