Chandler Creek Post Acute in Greer, SC is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep the facility safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and staff. The role involves supporting daily maintenance tasks and ensuring systems are functioning properly in a 133-bed skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• General jack-of-all-trades maintenance experience required.
• Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

• Willingness to complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
• Ensure facility equipment and systems are functioning properly
• Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Maintain a safe and compliant environment in accordance with regulations
• Assist with groundskeeping and facility upkeep as needed
