TerraBella Senior Living operates more than 30 communities across the Carolinas, Virginia, Kentucky, Georgia, and Tennessee, offering a range of senior living options including Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Respite Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community grounds.
• Complete service requests for repairs and maintenance of grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment, and vehicles in a timely manner.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing wall and floor coverings, furniture, fixtures, plumbing, electrical work, appliances, painting, HVAC, refrigeration, carpet, and hard surface maintenance.
• Transport residents for appointments.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and code compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
