Job summary

We seek a high school graduate with general maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license to perform essential functions and ensure the facility remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment, keep in good repair and store orderly.
• Handle simple electrical and plumbing tasks and perform minor repairs.
• Move and transport large equipment within the facility.
• Keep facility grounds neat and orderly.
• Run errands for supplies and drive a vehicle as needed.
• Assist with Preventative Maintenance tasks.
• Complete routine tasks accurately without direct supervision.
• Uphold the facility's mission, vision, and values through professional excellence.
• Adhere to the facility dress code.

Essential Functions

1. Must operate machinery and equipment, maintain in good repair, and store in an orderly fashion.
2. Be able to handle and use simple electrical and plumbing equipment and make minor repairs.
3. Be able to carry, push, and pull large equipment in and out of facility.
4. Ensure that facility grounds are neat and in order.
5. Run errands as needed for supplies— requires driving a motor vehicle.
6. Assist with Preventative Maintenance duties as instructed.
7. Accurately completes routine tasks without the need of direct supervision.
8. Demonstrates the mission, vision, and values of the facility through professional excellence.
9. Adheres to the facility dress code.
