Job summary

Peak Resources Gastonia is seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team at our Gastonia location. This full-time role supports the upkeep of grounds, facilities, and equipment to meet safety standards and maintain a comfortable environment for residents.

Responsibilities focus on safe operation, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with the supervision team. Required is a High School diploma, strong communication, computer skills, and 1–2 years of plant experience; benefits

We are currently seeking a qualified Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Peak Resources Gastonia. This will be a full-time position.

Role Responsibilities

Requirements

Required Skills, Education, Licensure, and/or Certifications

Preferred Experience

• At least one to two (1-2) years physical plant and equipment experience
• Understanding of Life Safety Code in the long-term care setting
