Job summary

Chancellor's Village - is seeking a maintenance professional to perform routine maintenance and repair of the residence, keep the grounds and building attractive, and ensure the facility is safe and sound. The role requires frequent lifting and physical activity and weekend availability.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, maintaining preventive maintenance schedules, assisting with inventory, and coordinating with vendors as needed.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
