The Arboretum of Winnie is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to help keep our Texas facility running smoothly and safely. The role emphasizes reliability, multitasking, and consistent attendance to support residents and staff.

You will perform routine maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and help maintain the physical plant and grounds. A team-oriented approach, strong communication, and adherence to safety standards are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Clear communication and ability to work well in a team.
• Safety-focused, detail-oriented approach to facility upkeep.
• Ability to adapt to changing facility needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned.
