Job summary

The Arboretum of Winnie in Texas is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to support a safe, comfortable environment for residents. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and help keep equipment in good working order.

Candidates should have experience with HVAC, boilers, water systems, and generators; a safety-focused, detail-oriented approach; and strong teamwork and communication skills. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and 401(k) eligibility.

Responsibilities
