Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Coventry Meadows in Indiana to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for residents, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include performing general maintenance, assisting with grounds care and repairs, and adhering to CARE values.

Prior maintenance experience is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required.

• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.

Full-time! The Maintenance Assistant assists the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds ensuring a safe, attractive and enjoyable living environment for our residents, staff and the public.

Requirements
