The Maintenance Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe operation of healthcare facilities by supporting the maintenance team in routine and emergency repair tasks. This position involves performing a variety of maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building upkeep to maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment for patients, staff, and visitors. The Maintenance Assistant will work closely with other facility management personnel to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruption to healthcare services. This role requires a proactive approach to facility care, including regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the Maintenance Assistant contributes to the overall quality of care by maintaining the physical infrastructure that supports healthcare delivery.

Schedule:

Sunday - Thursday 8:30 - 5:00

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
