Job summary

The Landings at Covenant Woods is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for a part-time role to keep common areas and housing units in top condition for residents and prospective residents.

Ideal candidates are dependable, familiar with mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, customer-focused, and enjoy working with seniors. Responsibilities include light carpentry, groundskeeping, and processing work orders; HVAC experience is a plus.
