Job summary

Waterstone at the Circle in Boston, MA is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team in a full-time, Monday–Friday role (37.50 hours). The position focuses on keeping the grounds, building systems and equipment safe and well-maintained for our residents.

Candidates should have basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry knowledge; English is required. We offer competitive pay and benefits after hire, with PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Maintenance staff keeps grounds, facility and equipment safe and compliant with policies.
• May be directed by the Director of Building Services.
• Knowledge in Preventative Maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry required. Painting experience a plus.
