Job summary

Waterstone at the Circle in Boston is hiring a Maintenance Assistant to keep the grounds, facilities and equipment in top condition. This full-time role (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package at our Waterstone senior living community.

Join a caring team focused on delivering a safe, welcoming environment for residents. English is required; basic trades knowledge preferred, and training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Assistant maintains grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to policies and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry required; Painting experience is a plus.
• English is required.

*FULL-TIME, Monday-Friday (37.50 hours available)

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Assistant maintains the grounds, facility and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and our established policies and procedures.
• May be directed by the Director of Building Services.
• Knowledge in Preventative Maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Carpentry required. Painting experience a plus.
• English is required.
