Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our team in a full-time position at our skilled nursing facility in Ayer, MA. You will support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has prior building maintenance or repair experience, is reliable and organized, and able to perform general tasks.
