You will perform routine tasks, assist with minor repairs, and support daily preventative maintenance under the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring a clean and hazard-free environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility systems such as HVAC, boilers, water systems, washers, dryers, and emergency generators.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance principles.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well within a team.

• Able to adapt to changing facility needs and priorities.

Responsibilities
