Job summary

Pinnacle Group of Hudson Valley Ltd is seeking a Full-time Maintenance Assistant to perform basic upkeep of building and grounds. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in building maintenance and related tasks. The job may involve painting, light carpentry, plumbing/electrical work, HVAC, and managing building systems.

Additionally, the position includes driving residents to and from scheduled appointments and requires a valid MA driver’s license in good standing.
