Graber Post Buildings is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support our Ashley, IN facility. The role covers maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized manufacturing machinery, plus general facility upkeep. Training will require travel to Montgomery, Indiana.

Competitive pay starts at $35+ per hour based on experience. Key duties include preventive maintenance, reading blueprints, and coordinating with manufacturers, vendors, and management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of three-phase electrical systems.
• Welding ability or willingness to learn welding.
• Experience with roll forming, trim break, and overhead crane is a plus.
• General facility maintenance experience is a plus.
• Travel to Montgomery, Indiana for training.

Responsibilities

An individual in this role is responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of specialized manufacturing machinery as well as general facility maintenance. Applicants must be available to travel to Montgomery, Indiana for training at our company headquarters. Competitive pay starting at $35+ an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure building and machinery systems are operating correctly and efficiently.
• Complete preventive maintenance on a regular basis.

• Weld for steel fabrication, modification, and repairs.
