Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Area Supervisor for a fast paced, unionized manufacturing environment in Kokomo, IN. You will lead and develop the maintenance team to improve uptime and throughput while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will apply TBM, CBM, and DM strategies and influence KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR to drive continuous improvement across the maintenance operation. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, willingness to work all shifts,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum 3 years of industrial automation experience with project management.
Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills.
Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving experience, with the ability to coach/mentor/develop skilled trade employees.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct skilled trades employees to meet maintenance objectives in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Coordinate safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale initiatives while driving throughput improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to team members on problem solving and corrective action implementation.
Apply TBM, CBM, and DM to support equipment performance.
Influence KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, and maintaining equipment at basic conditions while driving continuous improvements.
