Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Texas driver's license is required with a clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn building construction, equipment maintenance and repair.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Self-motivated and directed; ability to absorb new ideas quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist skilled trade workers with routine installations, repairs and equipment replacement.
• Assist trade personnel in maintenance and repairs specific to the assigned craft area.
• Clean and paint equipment and structures as directed.
• Perform area housekeeping and related semi-skilled duties.
• Train for higher level positions while performing similar responsibilities.
• Fulfill all other duties as assigned.
