Qualifications

Team-oriented, adaptable and reliable candidates preferred.
Holds license/certification for the specific work in the city/state where the work will be done.
1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance service or repairs in areas such as minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machine servicing, electrical repairs or installations, or vehicle servicing.
Change light bulbs, install paper dispenser units, change filters, locks on doors, and other minor maintenance tasks not requiring a licensed tradesperson.
Attend shifts on time and maintain satisfactory regularity; perform other duties as assigned depending on client requirements.
