Cargill in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor for the first shift. You will lead a team of technicians to maintain capacity utilization and ensure quality standards for reliable operations in the region.

Responsibilities include coordinating equipment strategy, applying maintenance best practices, coordinating contractors, and partnering with regional leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 1 year mechanical/electrical experience are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of mechanical or electrical work experience.
• Knowledge of tools, process controls and area technology systems.
• Experience coordinating third-party resources to deliver results.
• One year of supervisory experience.
