Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a Maintenance and Reliability Leader to drive maintenance, reliability and facilities, leading a team and partnering with operations, engineering and EHS to maximize asset performance.

You will oversee preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance, budgets, capital projects, and develop reliability strategies, coaching teams to improve equipment uptime in a fast-paced CPG environment.

• Utilize root cause analysis and reliability methodologies to improve asset performance long-term.

Your Job

We are seeking an individual to lead maintenance and reliability efforts at our consumer packaged goods (CPG) Packerland manufacturing facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. In this role, you will provide leadership for maintenance, reliability, and facilities activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations that maximize asset performance and support production objectives. The Maintenance and Reliability Leader will lead a team of maintenance professionals, develop reliability strategies, and partner closely with operations, engineering, and EHS teams to drive continuous improvement across the facility.

Our facility manufactures high-quality consumer products in a fast-paced production environment. The Maintenance and Reliability Leader plays a critical role in helping the site achieve operational excellence through strong leadership, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors, planners, and skilled maintenance technicians.
