Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead an hourly team in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. You will supervise, coach, and organize workflow to ensure quality and daily productivity, while upholding safety and continuous improvement standards.

The role requires leadership experience, ability to work rotating shifts, and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

What You'll Do...

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts
• Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams

You’ll have...

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience
• Working knowledge in Microsoft: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $96,720 - $162,120.
