Kadima at Lakeside and Kadima at Luzerne, two facilities in Dallas and Drums, Pennsylvania, seek a Maintenance and Environmental Services Director to lead upkeep and safety across our 31-bed and 37-bed settings.

You will oversee repairs, grounds, sanitation, regulatory compliance (OSHA/CMS), budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to keep residents and staff safe and comfortable in a family-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Location: Dallas, Drums Pennsylvania (Kadima at Lakeside's 31-bed facility; Kadima at Luzerne's 37-bed facility)

Responsibilities

• Perform minor building repairs, including painting, spackling, and other maintenance repairs as needed
• Inspect and maintain facility grounds, including parking lots, sidewalks, and exterior buildings
• Oversee and assist with cleaning and sanitizing of all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards, including OSHA and CMS
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance and facility issues
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including inventory management and budget tracking
• Identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and develop plans to address them
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to facility operations

Kadima at Lakeside and Kadima at Luzerne, a five-star rated facility in Dallas, Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Environmental Services Director to join our dynamic family-centered team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our 31-bed facility, and 37-bed facility providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
