Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in a fast-paced long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You will provide direct patient care under RNs and physicians, and support residents with daily living activities.

You will administer medications, develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team, monitor patient conditions, and report changes to the health care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
