Job summary

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside and Luzerne is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee daily facility upkeep, safety, and compliance in a senior living environment.

You will lead maintenance operations, coordinate with vendors, conduct weekly/monthly safety audits, and ensure life safety code adherence while maintaining a warm, home-like setting for residents and a clean, well-maintained campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of life safety regulations.

• Complete weekly, monthly and year audits for life safety code.
• Ensure proper communication and record keeping of facility vendor audits per life safety code.
