Job summary

Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift (Mon-Fri) to keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. You will troubleshoot, repair, and improve mechanical, electrical, and ammonia refrigeration systems, including hands-on work with ammonia equipment.

Qualifications include 5+ years in maintenance (ammonia preferred), RETA/IIAR certifications are a plus, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work in -20°F to 100°F environments. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia).
• Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.
• Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).
• Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.

At Lineage, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7.
