Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking a Maintenance Analyst in Reading, PA to develop and maintain mathematical models supporting Maintenance Warranty and Finance.

You will query data with SQL, build reports in Excel/Tableau/QlikView, and create models in Excel or Python to drive financial projections. The role requires statistical analysis, cross-team collaboration, and delivering actionable insights to improve performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years data analytics experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science/Analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver reports, models and data analysis for the Warranty team.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems and visualization toolsets to illustrate monthly trends and variances.
• Develop and maintain statistical algorithms and systems to monitor financial performance.
• Communicate analytical findings across Corporate Maintenance, Field Operations and Warranty teams.
• Advance the program by incorporating Connected Fleet and other systems.
• Pull and analyze data for Ad-Hoc requests.
• Other projects as assigned by the Manager.
