Austin Industries is seeking a Maintenance Analyst to enhance maintenance operations, focusing on cost performance, quality, and safety. This role involves collaboration with senior analysts, management of operational metrics, and ensuring compliance with safety and internal policies. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, applicable certifications, and strong analytical skills to support the company's goals for operational excellence.
This position is responsible in assisting the in the development and application of maintenance operations workflow processes. The maintenance analyst supports the senior analysts in key operational businesses through evaluation and analysis of key performance indicators, and assist operations in the development of strategic plans to achieve world class performance of the Austin Industrial Maintenance operation.
The Maintenance Analyst supports the Senior Maintenance Analyst in maintaining and improving the Austin Industrial AIMS for Maintenance Suite of Products.
This role will support the senior analysts with key customer and Austin leaders to report on business performance, performance gaps, and progress on implementation plans for improvement. The Maintenance Analyst is responsible for supporting Business critical programs to ensure tools and processes are managed to bring continuous improvement toward operational excellence.
This position should participate with planning and scheduling the resources required to support the continuous improvement toward maintenance excellence. This position requires the ability to maintain a good working relationship with customers and Austin’s key contacts and be responsible for compliance with OSHA and Austin internal policies and procedures.
