A leading company in technical services supports defense operations and seeks a Maintenance Analyst for the J-Tech II contract in Las Vegas. This role involves analyzing maintenance issues, documenting systems performance, and coordinating maintenance activities to enhance operational effectiveness. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in electronic systems maintenance.

The J-Tech II contract is one of Arcata's longest-standing partnerships. J-Tech II provides engineering and technical services to support research, development, test and evaluation, training missions, and related support activities for the Nevada Test and Training Range (NTTR), Utah Test and Training Range, and China Lake Ranges. We provide test and training support for our customers on JTECH II that includes engineering, operating, and maintaining communications, radar, telemetry, video, RF, and display and debriefing systems, to planning, scheduling, executing, and analyzing large force exercises and tests.
Support process improvement of contract maintenance standards towards NTTR-wide commonality, coordinating with Quality Management and ensuring maximum enterprise-wide process standardization where feasible.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training with a minimum of 8 years of experience in electronic systems operations and maintenance, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Proficiency in PC and business applications such as Microsoft Office, Livelink, Maximo; effective communication skills; personnel management, project management, conflict resolution, and mentoring capabilities.
Familiarity with military training ranges and electronic systems; knowledge of Air Force communications and electronics maintenance standards; effective communication skills; ability to work under deadlines, in teams, and maintain security clearance.
Prolonged sitting or standing in an electronic maintenance environment; outdoor work in varying weather and terrain; ability to monitor remote equipment locations; noise levels vary from quiet to moderate.
