Job summary

The Gallatin Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Gallatin, TN is seeking a reliable Maintenance Aide to join our team. This full-time position focuses on keeping the facility safe, clean, and well maintained, with hands-on work across various maintenance tasks.

You will assist with plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, inspections, and preventive upkeep, reporting safety concerns and supporting the Maintenance Director on daily projects for the residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, handyman or general repair preferred.
• Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance.
• Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to lift, move and handle equipment and supplies as needed.
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
