Responsibilities

• Replace light bulbs as part of routine maintenance.
• Pressure wash and clean upkeep areas.
• Assess minor electrical issues.
• Remediate and clean as needed.
• Run errands for maintenance supplies.
• Assist with larger tasks by the maintenance crew.
• Maintain compactor area cleanliness.
• Set up and break down tables and chairs.
• Move furniture as required.
