Title: Maintenance Advisor

The Maintenance Advisor assists the project team by providing input to identify key success factors, the timing of design and procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures. They provide leadership to create the organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the services. The role is responsible for the execution of maintenance services, ensuring quality, subcontractor performance, and controlling maintenance costs.

The Maintenance Advisor evaluates service execution for compliance with contracts, design data, schedules, cost budgets, and quality standards. They advise the project team on the status, issues, impacts, risks, and cost factors affecting the scope of work. The role involves monitoring safety orientations, safety indoctrinations, and gang box meetings, providing coaching for improvement.

The Maintenance Advisor monitors crew organizational structure, sizing, crew mix ratios, and wage compliance. They review and monitor costs and man-hours related to the installation process and develop plans for staff, facilities, equipment, and tools. Typically, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, with extensive experience in related crafts.
