Job summary

The Salvation Arm in Miami, FL seeks a maintenance worker responsible for preventative maintenance to keep center facilities running smoothly. You will perform general maintenance including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and related tasks in a compliant environment.

As part of the role, you will ensure maintenance activities adhere to established policies and local/state/federal regulations. High school diploma or GED and two years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or equivalent training.
