Job summary

The Salvation Army ARC-MIAMI in Miami, FL is seeking a Full Time Regular Maintenance Worker to perform preventative and general maintenance of center facilities, including minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and related repairs.

You will help ensure activities comply with local regulations and internal policies, keep facilities safe, and support ongoing upkeep to minimize future problems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years of experience repairing minor electrical/plumbing and facilities issues or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the maintenance of center facilities performing preventative maintenance to reduce future problems.
• General knowledge and the ability to perform general maintenance related to the facilities including but not limited to: minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor facilities maintenance.
