Job summary

Riverside Presbyterian House, Inc. in Jacksonville seeks a Maintenance Technician to diagnose and perform minor or routine repairs, including electrical, plumbing, A/C, boiler and heating systems, and to ensure quality standards before resident occupancy.

You will maintain on-call reports, log service calls, and handle painting, window treatments, appliances, lighting, and toilet/vanity replacements as needed. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in carpentry/plumbing/electrical.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Dedicated: Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
