## MaintenanceApplyremote type: On Sitelocations: Triadelphia, West Virginiatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 19 Days Agojob requisition id: R7203MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection moldingmachines (hydraulic, electric, and hybrid), molds, and related auxiliary equipment.· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controlsystem issues.· Maintain and service material handling systems, dryers, loaders, chillers, temperaturecontrollers, and conveyors.· Assist with mold changes, setup support, and machine startups as needed.· Diagnose equipment failures, determine root causes, and implement corrective actionsto prevent recurrence.· Read, interpret, and follow mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, hydraulicdiagrams, and technical manuals.· Perform basic electrical work including sensors, motor starters, relays, VFDs, andcontrol panels (within scope of qualification).· Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and spare parts usage in theCMMS.· Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability, uptime, andsafety.· Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, lockout/tagoutprocedures, and housekeeping standards.· Communicate effectively with production, quality, engineering, and management teamsto minimize downtime.· Assist with facility maintenance including lighting, compressed air systems, watersystems, and general repairs.· Respond to equipment breakdowns during production, including overtime or on-callsupport as required.**LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMER**The above job description is meant to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.All job requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities.
