Job summary

Richmark Properties is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will assist with daily maintenance operations, unit turns, pool upkeep, and general property care.

Responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders promptly, assisting with make-ready preparation of vacant units, keeping grounds and common areas clean, and supporting on-call rotations and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of on-site experience as an Assistant Maintenance Technician, Make Ready, or Painter.
• Must provide own tools for general maintenance and repair work.
• HVAC / EPA certification preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
