Job summary

Elite Building Services is seeking a Field Maintenance Technician to join our full-time team in Delaware. The role covers 5 days per week, with travel to customer sites within a 50-mile radius and occasional evenings for emergencies. You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities include installing shades, curtains, minor plumbing/electrical, painting, and general handyman tasks. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Delaware (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including Newark, Bear, Middletown, Smyrna, and Dover cities in DE. Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.
