Job summary

Elite Building Services in Delaware is seeking a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to service customer sites across the state. The role requires travel within a 50-mile radius, including Newark, Bear, Middletown, Smyrna, and Dover, with a company vehicle and gas card provided.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm, with some evenings and weekends for emergencies. The position emphasizes reliability, organization, and a strong work ethic.

About The Role

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Delaware (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

NOTE: Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.

This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including Newark, Bear, Middletown, Smyrna, and Dover cities in DE. Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.
