Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on building systems, equipment, and fixtures.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general facility upkeep as assigned.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas before, during, and after completing tasks.
  • Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and installation as needed.
  • Identify potential safety hazards and report concerns promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of completed work, materials used, and outstanding issues.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal team members when necessary.
  • Support additional facilities or maintenance projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in maintenance, facilities, construction, or a related field is preferred.
