JOB DESCR IOPTION

PositionTitle: Maintenance

Basic Function:

Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the property, maintaining the building inside and out, repairing and cleaning exhibits, 7D Moving Theater, and Mirror Maze and other operations that adhere to all Company Policy/Attraction standards. This position is full-time and may include shifts scheduled between 8am - midnight, every day of the year including holidays.

• Maintenance and Repair of Ripley's Odditorium, 7D moving theater, and Mirror Maze.
• Keepingtheentiregroundsoutsidethefacilitycleanandfreeoftrash,gum,straypinestraw,etc.
• Maintenance and repair of exhibits.
• Maintenanceandrepairofbuildingincludingrestrooms.
• MaintenanceandrepairofturnstileandPOSequipment.
• MaintenanceofHVACunits.
• Cleaning toilets& urinals.
• Dusting silk plants, signs, walls, lights, etc.
• Cleaning up accidents.
• Cleaning windows & mirrors.
• Cleaning acrylic.
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices, including safety.
• Other duties, as deemed necessary by management.

1. Ability to follow company standards in repairing and maintaining exhibits.

2. Must be energetic, courteous and professional.

3. Must be knowledgeable of all Ripley attractions.

4. Ability to retain information on maintenance logs and schedules for cleaning and maintaining equipment.

5. Ability to operate and use all equipment and tools.

6. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

7. Ability to stand for periods of 7-8 hours.

8. Ability to bend, stoop, kneel in order to address maintenance needs.

9. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

10. Ability to work varied hours/days/holidays as business dictates.

11. Ability to communicate through the messenger app.

12. Ability to navigate multiple technology platforms and adapt quickly to new systems.
