As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and preventing unexpected downtime.
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
Repairing and maintaining production equipment and facility systems.
This is a skilled maintenance position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and has experience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, or similar skilled maintenance role.
Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, and power transmission systems.
Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in food, dairy, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing.
Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment.
Welding and fabrication experience.
Technical degree, apprenticeship, or skilled trades certification.
