Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Maintenance Person at a franchise restaurant in Logansport, IN. You will join the maintenance team to keep the interior and exterior of the restaurant clean and in good repair, support equipment upkeep, and assist with daily tasks to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include fryer oil filtration, window and restroom cleaning, grounds maintenance, and routine checks of HVAC/exhaust systems.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or basic mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to perform cleaning and basic repairs.
• Good attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck twice a week and manage waste clean-up.
• Replace light bulbs and inspect HVAC/Exhaust units and roof for debris.
