McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Person to support management in achieving cleanliness and equipment upkeep across the interior and exterior. The role includes fryer oil filtration, grounds maintenance, window and restroom cleaning, truck unloading twice weekly, and upkeep of lighting and HVAC systems.

• Unloads delivery truck twice a week.
• Change light bulbs; clean HVAC/Exhaust units.

• Maintain outside grounds and cleanliness of windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery trucks two times per week.
• Replace light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
