Hilton Garden Inn in Lakeland, FL is seeking a reliable Hotel Maintenance Engineer to keep guest rooms and facilities in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building repairs.

Full‑time and part‑time shifts available; rotating weekends and on‑call coverage may be required. Experience in hotel maintenance is preferred, but training is available.

Job Description

Hilton Garden Inn is looking for a reliable, hands-on Hotel Maintenance Engineer to help keep our hotel well-maintained and running smoothly for our guests and team members. This is a good fit for someone who is mechanically inclined, dependable, friendly, and comfortable handling a variety of building maintenance tasks.

Hotel maintenance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong general maintenance skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities

Schedule

• Full‑time and part‑time positions available
• Day shift
• Hotels operate seven days a week, so rotating weekends and holidays are required
• Rotating on‑call coverage is required (premium pay for call‑ins)
