Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cabins, lodges, and guest facilities.

• Repair doors, windows, fixtures, appliances, furniture, and other property items.
• Maintain heating systems, fireplaces, water systems, and seasonal equipment.
• Perform painting, staining, drywall repair, and general construction tasks.
• Assist with cabin turnovers and preparing units for guests.
• Maintain clean, safe, and attractive grounds around cabins and facilities.
• Remove snow and assist with winter property maintenance.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance areas.
• Coordinate with management on larger repairs and improvement projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Help ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience.
