Job summary

McDonald's in Gloucester, MA is seeking a Maintenance Person to join the franchisee-operated team. You will help maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and equipment, supporting management with routine upkeep and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include daily oil fryer filtration, grounds upkeep, window cleaning, waste handling, and equipment maintenance. Starting wage is $15 per hour, with benefits and crew training as part of the role.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
