Job summary

McMarro Family Restaurants is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep our Southern California McDonald’s restaurant clean and well-maintained. You will assist management in upholding interior and exterior cleanliness and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.

The role requires early shifts starting at 4 am, with tasks including oil fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, and cleaning duties across the facility. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and stock rooms.
• Filter oil fryers daily, clean HVAC/exhaust units, and clean outside grounds.
• Unload delivery trucks twice a week and manage trash and debris.
• Change light bulbs and clean windows, restrooms, and stock rooms.

Description:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Requirements:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
• Must be available at 4 am every day of the week, especially weekends
