Job summary

McDonald's in Gardner, MA is hiring a Maintenance Person to keep the restaurant and equipment clean and in good repair. You’ll work in a fast-paced team, learn on the job, and receive training to excel.

Responsibilities include daily oil fryers filtering, maintaining outside grounds, cleaning equipment and restrooms, unloading deliveries twice weekly, trash compactor management, changing light bulbs, and cleaning HVAC/exhaust units. Flexible hours and benefits apply.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Person maintains outstanding interior and exterior restaurant and equipment cleanliness and repair. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, dining room, and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
